仕事の内容 | ・Track, examine and optimize the implementation of digital media strategies ・Conduct activities which contribute to lead generation including planning, sending and tracking email magazine and media management ・Collaborate with marketing, retail & merchandising teams to develop content and promotional plans in the e-commerce platform ・Manage all eCommerce campaign creation, including consumer segmentation, product offering, promotion, messaging, conversation metrics and journey mapping, A/B testing and reporting ・Develop KPIs and dashboards to report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns ・Manage paid digital campaigns and strategy (Google, Facebook, etc.) with the goal of acquiring new customers and increase engagement ・Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure web analytics implementation and conversion tracking follows best practices for cross-channel attribution, including communicating any tool updates and impacts to data and analysis ・Regularly evaluates eCommerce platform and company website for accuracy and optimal customer shopping experience ・Keep a keen eye on the market to discover new trends and technologies to improve the e-commerce experience and functionality |
